Outdoor activties, martial arts and team sports create an environment that makes physical fitness appealling. Activities include hiking, surfing, kayaking, bicycling, martial arts, golf and team sports, such as basketball, softball and volleyball. Bicycles are available and used by the community for local transportation needs.

Monitored Progress

During their first month, students are given a full physical by a physician and their progress is monitored throughout their stay.

Smoking cessation programs are offered through consultation with our physician.
